I just discovered that you can read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration entirely on-line for free. This is an amazing book and worth reading. It is absolutely foundational for the way I cook.

I love the fact this book is now available online, thanks for the link, but perhaps people who read it could make a donation to Price-Pottenger or WestonAPrice Foundation to continue to help them with the work they do?
I would suggest buying a copy. It’s worth having it on paper in addition to the online copy. The beauty of the online copy is that it is searchable.
