Recently I’ve felt as though I was neglecting fermentation. I’ve been making sure to get quality pasture-raised meat, quality fats (i.e. butter, coconut oil, lard, olive oil, etc.), fresh milk and cheese, organic whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables.
