Hi Brian:
I don't see you on our DNT posting much anymore, but do remember your super posts :>) - I wanted a couple of things if you would be so kind as to help me. First off, I'm looking for the link on your site to the chart you made up on fats. I've not been able to find it. Could you kindly email me the link.

Secondly, I'm looking at Vitamin F which helps us to absorb calcium into the tissues. I'm not doing a very good job except to come up with lots of information about EFA...Flax oil in particular, and I don't want to take flax as its VERY high in phytoestrogens.

Also, Standard Process Cataplex F works very well to help calcium absorption, but it contains not only flax, but some soy and other good organ substances, but I would like to avoid the soy/flax in this supplement. I would like to recreate in food what this supplement does. I hope you can help or give me some insight as to where to go to find this info. Here is the Cataplex F info.
http://www.standardprocess.com/display/StandardProcessCatalog.spi?ID=71

Many Thanks - Maria

Hi Brian,
Just found your blog, thanks for all the great info you share! I'm working my way through the archives while at the same time wondering when you're going to update us with more of your culinary explorations via Nourishing Traditions?
Btw, do you still like your grain mill? What do you think about grain rollers/flakers to make oatmeal?
Many thanks!

Brian-
I have been subscribed to your blog now for 2 months and I am very impressed at the time you take to research and implement a natural and healthy diet for your family.

When you have a moment, I would love to see a post on what you eat for lunch (as it sounds as if you are always on the go with all the activities in your life).

Thanks!
